Okay... I think I missed a week here, but you'll understand why once you read on! It's been craaaaaazy around here!
A few days ago, we got two more new arrivals! Disco and Minuet. Disco is a middle-aged stallion and Minuet is a yearling filly. They are both a tad nervous, but very sweet. They will come along nicely with just a little handling. Disco will be gelded, of course, and Minuet needs to be checked to find out if she is pregnant or not. They were housed together you see. We are really hoping that she is not in foal. Not only because she is unregistered, but it is just not healthy for her to have a foal... she is still a baby herself!
Then, yesterday, we got another surrender! We have named him Calypso. He is a very nicely put together little guy. He needs to be gelded as well. I haven't got any photos of him yet. He is acting like a typical stallion in a new place, so I haven't got a read on his personality yet. He is SO handsome though, such a lovely shade of bay!
Kristie got some AWESOME shots yesterday! Here's a few of them...
Here is Disco...

... and the darling, Minuet...

Disco doing his Lippizaner impression. I think he was trying to eat Kipper. LOL

Minuet and Disco, sharing a moment.

We let Minuet in with the boys for a little visit. She led them on a merry chase! LOL

The snow was just starting to fall... they were all feeling frisky!

Finally, she let Kipper get close.
