I was bang on with my age guesses for the ponies... if you swap them! It turns out Rufio is the elder at approximately 9 years old. Sable is the younger (and perhaps Rufio's son) at four yeard old!
They were very good for having their teeth done! They had lots of sharp edges etc, and should be feeling a lot better now. No major problems though.
We have been working with their feet so that the farrier can come, and they are scheduled for gelding in less than two weeks!
