Meet "the Sorrel"!

Wow - today was a little crazy!  LOL

The Sorrel was on the road early in the morning, coming down from up North, trying to make his vet appointment at noon.  The vets arrived early and we started with Zodiac.  His gelding surgery went well and we put him in his recovery stall.  Meanwhile, the load of hay that TNT Agriculture Services donated arrived right when we were finishing up checking out Cavalier and giving Mercury a booster shot.  So, we served the vets lunch while I unloaded the hay and waited for the Sorrel to arrive.  He came not 10 minutes later and so had some time to stretch his legs while the vets finished their lunch.  Kristie ran home to get her camera so that we'd have some great pictures of him!  Then, it was the Sorrel's turn.  His operation went just fine as well.  Then, we quickly put up all the hay before it rained!  Everything worked out just right, luckily!  I even got in a couple hours of work!  Boy, am I ever tired though!

Anyways, here are some pictures of The Sorrel!  Remember, if you would like to suggest a name for him, you can submit it with a $10 donation!  We have three gelding operations to cover this month!  The Sorrel has some major physical issues that we'll be looking at as well.
