I was just re-reading the Blog after posting about Prairie and I realized that I never posted that Sparrow was adopted! It happend so fast, I guess I didn't stop to post! She and Mickey travelled to the Island together and ended up in neighbouring towns. It just all worked out so perfectly with the hauling and whatnot. They both have great new homes and their new families are absolutely thrilled! I've got some pics of Sparrow with her new friends that I'll post soon! I really should go to sleep now though!
Also though, we had some really amazing donations this past week. Our heartfelt thanks to Cherie for a winter's worth of grain and supplements, to Vicki for the halters and leadropes and to Wendy for all of the blankets and other gear that she dropped off! It was truly an amazing week - the spirit of giving must be catching on! Merry Christmas to all of you out there who care about us and our little horses!
