Very soon after Sable and Rufio arrived, some very nice folks heard of them through the grapevine. They have visited the boys frequently over the months and decided that they would like to adopt Sable when he was ready to go. Today was the day! We delivered him this afternoon... just around the corner! I will continue to work with him a couple times a week, to help him make the transition to his new family. They have been there to see how far he has come, so they share my confidence that he will soon be just a regular pony. His new home is lovely and he has a big horse to be buddies with. They met over the fence today and Sable thought she was very sweet! LOL
