Still catching up!

Okay... better get another entry in here!  We've had ANOTHER new arrival!  It was absolutely pouring rain, so I don't have pictures yet.  He is, however, a very cute pony yearling... silver something - he's still deciding.  He's blowing his foal coat, so I'm not sure if he'll turn out silver bay or silver dapple... or maybe he'll surprise me and be a silver buckskin!  At any rate, I've named him Banner... a name I've had in reserve for nearly 20 years!  He is a wonderful, bratty little boy!  He went crazy with the "big orange ball" and once he's healed up from his gelding surgery, I'll video him playing with it again!  It was tooooo funny!

Let's see... Triumph has gone to "boot camp" with Liz.  She worked wonders with Kipper's attitude and we're hoping she can make a breakthrough with Triumph's fear.  He has come a long, long way but I think that some one on one effort will do wonders for him.

Sam has gone to a lovely foster home, far away from the hustle and bustle of all the comings and goings here.  After a very secluded life, I think he gets overwhelmed by the rotating cast of characters here.  Good news though, someone is seriously interested in Adopting him.  It would be a wonderfully quiet, but not boring, life for him there.

Robin Hood also has a family very interested in Adopting him.  He is now marked as "pending" and it is a terrific situation for him.  I'll tell the whole, wonderful, story once everything is finalized.  You'll love it!

Mr. Sox is still doing well.  I've got some more pictures here somewhere, but I'll save those for another time.  I do have an awesome picture of Hula to share.  She is just doing better and better!  She is well enough to hang out with a gentle mare there and is loving the sunshine and lazy days.

Rumor, Rhapsody, Tailor, Blizzard and Tuffi are all doing well.  I'm forgetting someone... I can't think of who.  I think there's 15 Minis now... crazy!  Let's see... oh yes, Cooper is doing fine over at Double K.  He was very interested to meet his big neighbours.  He used to hang out with a big horse, so he's very comfortable around them.  Mully is tootling around - he LOVES it when there are new horses.  He's really hit it off with Rumor.  Indi had her teeth done today, but Caspian is too frail to handle sedation.  He is devouring his soaked cubes and whatnot and we're hopeful that he'll pack on the pounds and be feeling better soon.  Then we can move forward with all of his necessary procedures.  He also has a heart murmur that will hopefully improve along with his general health.  Fingers crossed for the sweet old gaffer!
